Please ensure that your booking is confirmed the day before your scheduled procedure.
You are expected to notify the hospital of your expected arrival time to the hospital.
Inform us if you require an ambulance.
Items to Bring Upon Day of Procedure:
Please present a letter from your doctor recommending the procedure to be done.
Bring photo identification proof, such as copies of your PAN card, Aadhar card passport, etc., as it is mandatory.
Carry your insurance or sponsor details, including pre-authorization number, membership card, or a letter of guarantee from your employer/insurer.
If you are a non-resident, please carry your passport with you.
Bring personal toiletries for your stay.
Try to avoid keeping valuables like mobile phones, jewellery, or cash; if kept, it will be at your own risk.
Please carry copies of all relevant medical documents, including previous medical records and investigation reports like X-rays, etc.
On the Day of Procedure:
Report to the 3rd floor reception, where our Guest Relations Executive will assist you with all the necessary paperwork.
Complete the documentation , and once that is done, you will be escorted to your room. You will be reviewed by your treating consulting doctor and necessary diagnostic tests or treatment plan will be advised.
Any changes to patient data must be made within 24 hours of admission.
Going Home:
Your consultant and nursing staff will discuss your expected date and time when ongoing care will end.
For assistance, please contact the Ward Secretary.
Arrange for transportation home, or use our in-house ambulance service if needed.
Cashless scheme patients should ensure that the TPA sends a Letter of Guarantee within the stipulated time to avoid additional charges when procedure ends.
Rules for Our Procedure Guests and Visitors:
Smoking, burning candles, burners, or incense is strictly prohibited.
Visitors require a Visitor's Pass, available at the Main Reception on 3rd Floor.
Official visiting hours are as follows:
General Ward: Morning (10:30 AM – 11:30 AM), Evening (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Children are allowed on Sundays only and must be accompanied by an adult.
Visitors may be restricted by the Nurse-In-Charge or your Consulting Doctor.
